Severe grinding cause severe problems, even in younger patients. This patient consulted us concerned with the severe wear of his teeth, making them very short. He was told by another dentist that the only way to restore this was to have them all out, and replaced with dental implants. On examining him, it was clear that an extreme approach such as that is really not required, and that with accurate digital planning, we will be able to restore his teeth to their former glory. We restored him using Zirconium crowns for their extra strength and he was delighted with the final result.
