Improving a smile does not always have to involve hours in the dental chair, but most do need dedication from patients. This patient chose to align her teeth using the Inman Aligner. It is our least favorite device due to it’s bulky nature and do affect wearers speech. But it is more cost effective than some other methods and we do get great results where there is good compliance. This case was finished off with some tooth whitening and composite bonding to restore the uneven edges on her teeth.
